I haven’t blogged in a while, so I thought I’d give you all some beautiful wallpapers I made as an…offering? Yes, a peace offering. An olive branch, so to speak. The first involves Jang Geun Suk on a beach.
I can’t entirely recall what the dimensions are on these babies, but anyway… Here’s Shinee and the Golden Gate Bridge:
Please click on them to open the image in your window, click on the picture again to get the full-sized image, then right click and click on “Save Link As…” or “Save Target As…” Also, please comment and let me know if you decided to use on of them! I’m currently sporting JGS on my background.
So whenever I stalk Asian actors on Wikipedia, I’m bound to find mention of their blood type. At first I was confused. Is it so that overzealous fans know if they can save their Oppa in the case of a horrible accident? But no. Apparently, the Japanese began this idea that blood type is an indicator of personality. Well, I found out my blood type today and so I began searching for what the web said was my personality. So if you know your blood type, look below to see if the personality predictions are correct.
My friend is an enormous Wu Chun fan (aren’t we all? hehehe) and I love Rainie Yang, so it looks like this is one drama we can both spazz about! According to CpopAccess, the two stars are leading in the upcoming drama Sunshine Angel 陽光天使. The story involves
It’s not something I spread around the drama-circles, but I love making handmade jewelry. A while ago I set up an etsy shop. (Etsy is essentially amazon for handmade goods) But I haven’t really been able to think of a successful concept. So I wanted to see if people would be interested in an etsy store with drama-based handmade goods. Like a “My GF is a Gumiho” necklace, or a handmade pig-rabbit (I’ve made a couple already. Takes forever.) So please take the following poll and let me know what you guys think!
That’s right, everyone! Park Shin Hye is going to be co-starring with George Hu in GTV‘s upcoming drama: an adaptation of the manga “Hayate the Combat Butler” (旋風管家). Okay, just looking at the title you’ve got me sold. The manga’s genre is,
[UPDATE]: According to CpopAccess’s article (linked below), The drama is scheduled to premiere on Sunday September 19th at 10 pm. Any guesses as to when Viikii will be done translating it?
That’s right folks! Nicholas Teo, the star of the wonderful, adorable, Smiling Pasta and Invincible Shan Bao Mei (which I have yet to finish-darn slow fansubbers), is going to be in a new drama come September!
Do you like stuffing your music player with songs from all over? I’m not just talking Korean, but Japanese, Indonesian, and maybe even *gasp* American songs? Citra Music is a place to download the discography of your favorite artists from all over the place. Now, don’t get me wrong–I’m not advocating you download the songs, not buy the album, and then starve your favorite artist of his bread and water. I’m saying that if you don’t know the discography of, say, Big Bang, or if someone says “Epik High is so cool!” and you don’t know what their talking about, here’s what you do: go to citramusicsite.wordpress.com, click on the artist you want to look at in the sidebar and say “Hey, now I know what songs they have.” Then you can either listen to the songs on Youtube or download the album from the site. But read this next line closely, this is Staples wagging a weary finger at you: don’t leave your favorite artist high and dry–support them! You can buy albums on yesasia.com, amazon (occasionally) and lots of new Korean and Mandarin artists are finding their way onto iTunes in the US store as well! (Found a couple Nicky Lee albums there the other day–so excited!)
This is old news, mind you, but it’s still hilarious. These three videos tell the story of the “age-old” legacy between Rain and Stephen Colbert (The vids take a minute or so to load):
